Therefore, when a machine cannot be started, the first thing to do is to identify the fault, determine which system the fault is in, and then take measures. Do not panic, you can follow the following steps for inspection Firstly, rotate the starting wheel by hand. When turning around the top dead center, it feels quite laborious, and after turning around the top dead center, the starting wheel can automatically rotate a larger angle, indicating normal compression. In general, the compression force is good for new machines or after major repairs When starting, there is no explosion sound in the cylinder, and the exhaust pipe has weak exhaust, and the discharged gas is dry and odorless. This phenomenon mostly indicates a problem with the oil system. It is necessary to check whether the fuel tank switch is turned on, the amount of fuel stored in the tank, and whether the oil connections are loose. Press the carburetor enrichment rod several times to see if there is any oil flowing out. When the above-mentioned parts are found to be normal but still unable to start, gasoline can be poured into the spark chamber hole before starting. If it still cannot be started or occasionally goes out after smoking a few times, it indicates that the measuring hole in the carburetor may be blocked. Remove the float chamber and take out the measuring hole using blowing or cleaning methods to ensure smooth operation. Do not use metal wires to pass through the measuring hole When starting, there is no explosion sound or chaotic explosion sound in the cylinder. The carburetor or muffler backfires and fires, and the gas emitted by the muffler is damp and has a gasoline smell. The above phenomena are mostly caused by faults in the circuit system. When there is no explosion, the spark chamber should be removed first, placed on the spark plug cover on the high-voltage line, and the electrode on the side of the spark chamber should be in contact with the metal part of the machine. Quickly rotate the starting wheel to see if there is a blue spark skipping. If not, check each component of the circuit separately. If the circuit and oil circuit of an old machine are normal but still cannot be started, it can be further judged whether the compression pressure is too low. At this time, the spark plug can be removed and a small amount of oil can be poured into the cylinder, and then the spark plug can be installed. If it can catch fire, it indicates poor compression of the cylinder. The cylinder head should be disassembled to check if the cylinder gasket is damaged, and the cylinder should be removed to check if the piston ring and cylinder are excessively worn All parts are in good condition. Due to the low starting environment temperature and the machine being too cold, gasoline is not easily atomized and it is also difficult to start If the pipeline connection is not tight, it is difficult to start due to insufficient oil or air or clogged air filter The direction and speed of starting the rope also have an impact on whether it can be started If the opening of the blocking inner door is not appropriate during startup, it is not easy to start.

2. The engine power is insufficient, usually indicating a lack of energy. There are five main reasons: ① Insufficient compression force of the machine: worn pistons, piston rings, and cylinders, replacement with new ones. ② Improper ignition time, too early or too late, is not conducive to fully utilizing power. For new machines, the ignition time should be within the specified range (referring to gasoline engines originally equipped with platinum). For current internal rotor magnetic motors (referring to existing gasoline engines), the clearance also needs to be adjusted after use The mixture is too lean and too rich Insufficient crankcase pressure: oil leakage from the engine body, damaged crankcase gasket, replacement. The front and rear crankcases have oil and gas leaks, and the oil seals are damaged. Replace them with new ones The engine is overheating. Do not operate the machine under overload for a long time. Clean the cylinder head and the top of the piston promptly.

3. The gasoline engine is not running smoothly The engine makes a knocking sound Excessive wear of pistons, piston rings, and cylinders, wear of piston pins and pin holes, or wear of crankshaft main shaft force and needle roller bearings.
